Annual Awards:

Golden Heart Dancer Award:

Every year, the Golden Heart Dancer Award is given in memory of our student, Lanie Bizzell.  The student who represents the quality traits of generosity, positivity, selflessness, compassion, or any other trait we feel parallels Lanie's qualities, receives this award at the end year concert.  This is our way to keep Lanie's memory and spirit alive as well as acknowledge these positive traits in our students.

One student receives a free costume scholarship in the winter and one student receives a financial scholarship in the spring of each year.  Ask us how!

About Us

"My daughter is in her 2nd year dancing at Steps. She was a former cheerleader but decided she wanted to dance, & she fell in LOVE! She's learned a LOT in a short amount of time! She's had SO much fun, loves Steps & absolutely ADORES all of the instructors here!"

Janee Hudson

Steps on Stage was founded on the belief that every student has the ability to grow mentally, physically and artistically.

Over the past six years, Steps on Stage has developed hundreds of students dance terminology, comprehension, technique and skills. As a result, these students have earned college scholarships, spots in prestigious programs, job opportunities, and much more...  We love celebrating those victories with our students.  With a strong focus on technique and discipline, we not only teach our students the necessities to be great dancers, but also skills to build character, confidence and determination to achieve life goals.
